The material is stretchy, so I would say up to a size 12 (comfortably) and whatever the lady equivalent of that is. I’m a size 11 in men’s and felt comfortable but also supported. They’re small enough to fit on most feet I would say. I like that fact that it doesn’t feel odd wearing socks over top of them.

Yes, they fit very well and don’t move with walking or running.
I wear a size 8 and they are very snug.
It does compress some, much more than what a custom orthotic does. The elastic around your foot does help to keep your arch higher. I use it when my orthotics do not fit in a pair of shoes and it works great for occasional use but if you have severe pain like myself it wouldn’t be a good everyday fix.
It’s for massaging the bottom of your feet – it feels great and really helps with pain and tightness in my arches. It also feels really good on my neck!
